Silver Alert issued for Villager suffering from memory loss

UPDATE: The Silver Alert has been cancelled as Villager David Howard Thompson has been located and is safe.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a Villager who suffers from memory loss.

David Howard Thompson, 78, of the Village of of Woodbury, was last seen at his residence at 1 p.m. Saturday and left in his white 2011 Acura MDX bearing Florida Tag JHXC69 possibly headed toward Evans Prairie Golf Course in The Villages, according to an alert issued Saturday night by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

He was last seen wearing a coral colored short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black colored loafers; he also may be wearing glasses. David has medical issues and suffers from memory loss. 

If you have any information on his whereabouts, you are urged to call 911.
