To the Editor:
If this subject is to be “reviewed”, I assume there will be a study made to determine the scope of the “problem.” How many guest passes are given out each year? And a related question — How many residents use this system for their local families? How often are these passes actually used? Where (for what activities) are they being used? Only by gathering this information will we know if this subject merits discussion and, if it does, then we’ll know whether we have a problem that needs a solution.
