To the Editor:
The Constitution of the United States of America states:
Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5
“The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”
Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 6
“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside; and no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.”
By acting like a child who will take their ball and go home if they don’t get their way is not the way any mature adult should act, let alone a duly elected member of Congress!
The House of Representatives as per the US Constitution have completed their prescribed duty and now per the US Constitution it is in the Court of the US Senate to do their duty, but now child Pelosi is Obstructing Justice, violating he oath to support the Constitution by holding the passed Articles of Impeachment until she gets her way!
Nancy, you just impeached the President of the United States of America for “Obstruction of Justice” and now you are Obstructing Justice?
In your own words, “NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW”!
