Gerald Waters

Gerald E. Waters, Sr., 73, of Fruitland Park, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 27, 2020.

Mr. Waters was born February 15, 1947 in Wildwood to Lloyd Aaron Waters, Sr and Tessie Mae (Cummins) Waters. Growing up here, he naturally loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Gerald was a member of Northside Christian Church in Fruitland Park and retired as the manager of B&S Auto Salvage in Wildwood.

Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Pam; son, Gerald “Jerry” Waters, Jr; daughters, Shannon Waters of Ocala, Geraldine Waters of Gainesville and Carissa Waters of Fruitland Park; stepson, Todd Durham of Elma, NY; brother, Aaron Waters; sister, Joann Grisson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, special friends, Robin and Dale Watts and the entire Watts family.

A graveside ceremony will be held 2 p.m. May 2 at Sumterville Cemetery, CR 471 & SR 301, Sumterville, FL, 33585. Due to Covid-19, the family requests that all social distancing be observed.
