Letter to the Editor prompts Villager to describe his service experience

To the Editor:

I just read a Letter to the Editor complaining about poor service from The Villages Golf Cars and wanted to relate our EXCELLENT experience receiving EXCEPTIONAL service from sales AND service associate Jim Duffy at the VCG Colony location.
We purchased a used Yamaha with Curtis Cab enclosure early this year.
Due to my own operator error a problem developed. Jim had a creative idea and fixed that problem as well as another bothersome issue on my timetable. He was beyond helpful, actually “chasing me down” with phone calls, not to sell me something but to fix what he already sold me!
We will be dealing with VGC again. We are beyond satisfied!
Jim Duffy, please don’t ever leave!
