If the Developer did things properly, residents wouldn’t have to pay for repairs

To the Editor:

I find it frustrating that the residents are having to pay for “fixtures” that the Developer constructed with the cheapest materials he could use and now they have to be replaced with residents’ money.
If the Developer did the job right in the first place all these “fixes” would not be happening.
