Germaine R. Santo-Curtin

Germaine R. Santo-Curtin, 86, of The Villages, Florida was born March 24, 1937 in Hartford CT. She passed away January 18, 2024 The Villages, FL. Germaine “Gerry” was dominating in the new housing industry. She was the Director of Marketing for Oakwood Homes in Denver, Colorado and Marketing Director for K.B. Homes worldwide. Gerry was published in the prestigious book of Who’s Who in Business. She also was an avid writer for the industry, publishing the trade magazine New Homes Showcase in Denver, Colorado.

Preceding her in death were her loving children, Peter Santasaunio of Denver, Colorado and Kristen O’Neil of Ohio.

Gerry is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, George Curtin; son, John Campanelli of The Villages, FL; daughter, Lynne Acker of Connecticut; son, Michael Campanelli of New York; her loving sister, Carol Michaels of The Villages, FL; her loving brother, Ron St. Laurent of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her two stepchildren, Misty Sellden of Hayden, CO and Tiffany Curtin of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Ashley Hart, Kenneth Daniels, Iason O’Neil of Ohio; and great granddaughter, Emma Hart of Connecticut.

Gerry loved all living things great or small. Her family and friends were the center of her life. Arrangements are through Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home The Villages, FL. A celebration of life will be in Ogunquit, ME in June of this year.
