A Village of Summerhill man is serving 15 days in the Lake County Jail following his arrest earlier this month after an incident at a restaurant in Spanish Springs.
Kevin Joseph Boudreau Jr., 38, who lives on Ashbrook Place, was arrested Oct. 10 at Amerikanos Grille.
He repeatedly flipped his middle finger at the bartender and customers in the restaurant, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. He had been drinking. You can read more about the arrest HERE
He entered a plea of no contest in Lake County Court and was sentenced to 15 days in jail, ordered to pay $238 in court costs and will have to pay a $750 incarceration fee.
Boudreau was arrested earlier this month after an incident at RJ Gator’s in Lake Sumter Landing. You can read about that arrest HERE. He is scheduled to be arraigned in that case on Wednesday in Sumter County Court.
