Speed bumps on golf cart paths

To the Editor:

Respecting the “health of individuals and damage to golf carts” there is a simple answer. Yes, keep speed bumps but not the narrow ones we have now. Have the speed bumps widened like the ones on roads for cars and in mall parking lots and paint them fluorescent yellow. They would be visible at night.  They are less harmful to golf carts and sore backs and would still do the job of slowing down traffic.
