3 AMIGOS REMAINS UNDEFEATED at 9-0; 
CLINCH THE REGULAR SEASON TITLE 
3 AMIGOS 25  SRG 9

With two weeks still remaining in the regular season, 3 Amigos (9-0) already clinched the Title as heavy hitting Mark Hildebrand’s bat stayed hot as he went 5 for 5 and drove in 7 runs.  Rod Severson chipped in with 5 hits and sub Ken Atkinson was 4 for 4 with 5 RBIs for the winners. SRG (1-8) got 6 runs late the innings the game to hold off a mercy rule loss. They were led by Jack Nagle and Manny Sanchez who each had 3 hits, while Dan List had 3 RBIs.

CEBBIES WIN FIFTH STRAIGHT 
CEBERT 15  FROSS&FROSS 11

Cebert (7-2) used a balanced attack to come from behind and reel off their 5th straight win and sole possession of second place. They were led by Ed Walker and Henry Ship who each had 3 hits.
Fross&Fross (5-4) were led by Ed DeMaio’s 4 hits, including 2 triples. Dean Watson had 4 RBIs and three other players had 3 hits each.

SAGIES SHOCK HARLIES IN MERCY WIN
SAGE POINT 30  HARLAN 14

Sage Point (3-6) scored 5 runs in all 6 innings and mercy ruled Harlan.
Harlan (4-5) got 3 hits each from Fred Hughes and John Weisiger and 3 RBIs from manager Sante Tulli. They also got 2 hits each from Tulli, Mike Peleck, Rich Hopkins and Don Mulneix. All of that could not withstand the offensive barrage from Sage Point.
The Sagies got a 5/5 day from Ron Rowe as well as 4 hits each from Jim Stancil, Dave Pope, Tom Winegarden and Tim Wilcox. Sage’s RBI leaders were Tim Wilcox(6), Tom Winegarden (4) while Dave Pope, Reno Saculla, Bob Jacques, Sante Tulli and sub pitcher Jim Glover all had 3.

MULBEE CATS CLAW WALKOFF WIN 
MULBERRY 14  METLIFE 13 (8 INNINGS)

Mulberry (3-6) scored the winning run on an error in the 8th inning for a come from behind victory. They got a 4 for 4 day from Mac MacCumbee and 3 hits each from Bill Yeager, Rick Stenson and Chuck Bowman.
The Metsies (4-5) turned 2 double plays and got 3 hits from Kirby Campanella, Jim Creed, Paul Noyes, Wendy Harfeil and Sonny LeGrand.

HOPPERS MOVE ONE GAME OVER .500  
IHOP 14  CAREPLUS 8

Jack Meagher and Bob Iverson had 3 hits each to lead IHOP (5-4). Five other players had 2 hits while Dale Moses drove in 4 runs.
CarePlus (3-6) had 3 hits from Tom McGann and 2 hits from 5 other players.

BABS WIN SIXTH GAME
BABIARZ 20  PERKINS 15

Perkins (4-5) was down 17-6 in the 6th when they scored 8 runs to get close but could score in the 7th. They were led by Tim Carroll, Gordie Lewis,  John Reedy, Earl Bellisario and Ralph Furbush who all had 3 hits.
Babiarz’s (6-3) Mike Hyott, Bill Naasz and Felix Rodriguez each had 4 hits. Five other players had 3 hits while manager Bob Winder had 6 RBIs.

Kirby Campanella(MetLife) gunned down a runner at the plate after taking a relay from Center Field.
Wendy Harfeil(MetLife) several great plays around 2nd base.
