Disgusted at people who don’t pick up after dogs

To the Editor:

Collecting a dog’s DNA is a wonderful idea. I have had a dog all my life and I am disgusted to see people ignoring to pick up after their dogs. Besides being unattractive, medically, it breeds bacteria. Something should be done.
