Lakeside Landings woman arrested after allegedly biting her boyfriend

Jovanna Lizette Walliser

A Lakeside Landings woman was arrested after allegedly biting her boyfriend.

Police were called shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday to the Cumberland Farms convenience store on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Leesburg after the boyfriend of 23-year-old Jovanna Lizette Walliser called 911. When officers arrived, he showed them bruises and teeth marks he had suffered after she bit him, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.

The man said Walliser became upset after he refused to let her drive the vehicle. She grabbed his arm and bit him near the wrist. He warned her that if she bit him again, he would call 911. She grabbed his ear and pulled him closer to her, then bit him on the upper right corner of his back. He then called 911.

Walliser was arrested on a charge of domestic battery and booked at the Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000.
