Lane closures announced in Marion County due to upcoming roadway construction

The Marion County Office of the County Engineer announces lane closures along the following roadways on the specified dates in 2019, due to roadway construction:

Jan. 14 through June 28: Northwest Gainesville Road, between the intersections of County Road 329 and U.S. Hwy. 441. 

Jan. 22 through April 22: Emerald Road, between the intersections of Oak Road and County Road 464/Maricamp Road. 

Jan. 22 through May 7: Northeast 25th Avenue, between the intersections of Northeast 49th/35th Street and State Road 326.

Crews will place barricades, electronic message boards and signs to direct traffic around the work zone. Travelers are encouraged to use alternate routes. Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the work schedule.
