Mary Murvin

Mary “Teddy” Murvin, Age 77, who lived in The Villages, FL (Hemingway) passed away on August 14th, 2019, after a long battle with brain cancer.

She had a long career as an elementary school teacher at Hillcrest Christian Academy in Bethel Park, PA.  She was beloved by her students and fellow teachers alike.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Roger W. Murvin (The Villages, FL) and her daughter, Christin “Ginger” Murvin (Fruitland Park, FL) and her brother, John Tedford (West Liberty, IL and Sanford, FL.)   Her son, Geoffrey W. Murvin, passed away suddenly in 2018.  They are now together again, in heaven.

Teddy was a life-long friend to many people from childhood, college, work, and church.  There are far too many to list.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
