Driver who refused breath test sentenced in drunk driving case

A 28-year-old Fruitland Park man has been sentenced to 10 days in the Lake County Jail in connection with a drunk driving arrest last year.

Michael Scott McDonald had been arrested in the early morning hours of Nov. 28 by Leesburg police. He failed field sobriety exercises and refused to submit to a breath test.
