90,000-square-foot storage unit going up outside Villages of Fruitland Park

A 90,000-square-foot storage unit is going up outside the Villages of Fruitland Park.

The structure is being built at the intersection of County Road 466A and Micro Racetrack Road.

Village Self Storage will offer climate-controlled and regular RV and self storage.

The site is being developed by Dustin Nelson Inc. of Summerfield.
