To the Editor:
I pay the annual golf cart fee to I can drive my cart on the executive courses. When I go to Red Fox/Gray Fox/Longleaf I have to pay a fee of $3 to rent a cart. If a resident of Fenney, DeSoto, etc., come to this side of The Villages to play golf they get a free cart at Championship Courses but have to rent to play executive courses.
Why do I have to pay an additional $3 to rent a cart at Fenney courses when I already pay a fee to drive on the executive courses? I find this practice unfair to those of us who pay the annual cart path fee. I and I am sure others would like an explanation of this fee policy.
