Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has been named to Donald Trump’s transition team.
Bondi will serve on the executive committee of the team responsible for setting up his new administration.
Bondi was the highest-ranking GOP official in Florida to give Trump and early endorsement. Gov. Rick Scott did not endorse Trump until after he won the Florida Primary.
Her support of Trump has also stirred controversy.
Bondi came under scrutiny this year for a $25,000 campaign contribution she received from Trump back in 2013.
