John Bartram DAR Chapter installs officers, honors members

The Villages new DAR Chapter, John Bartram, installed its first slate of elected officers and honored outstanding members at its May 15 awards meeting at Eisenhower Recreation Center.

Chapter Officers for 2015-2017 are Regent Sheri Hudson, Vice Regent Susanne Furr, 2nd Vice Regent Linda Haag, Recording Secretary Tracey Lanteigne, Corresponding Secretary Shirley Barsness, Treasurer Kay Denny, Historian Jeanne Farren and Librarian Marsha Wadd.

Carole Ann Peskin, founder of the prize-winning chapter in December 2013, was acclaimed an Honorary Regent by the membership and presented an official pin denoting this honor.
