Michigan woman ticketed for driving without headlights following collision

A Michigan woman was ticketed for driving without headlights following an accident in the intersection at County Road 466 and Rolling Acres Road.

Nancy Shoup, 74, of Ortonville, Mich. had been traveling west on CR466 at 6:49 p.m. Feb. 27 when her 2012 Ford Fusion collided with a 2014 Toyota Prius driven by Faye L. Parsons, 81, of The Villages.

Shoup was transported by Lake EMS from the scene of the accident to The Villages Regional Hospital. Her vehicle was towed from the scene of the accident. She was ticketed on a charge of driving without headlights at night.
