A Villager was ticketed on a charge of failure to yield right of way following an accident that sent a woman to The Villages Regional Hospital.
John Robert Russell, 64, of 701 Bradford Loop, was southbound on Bichara Boulevard and making a turn onto Avenida Central when he pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Tiffany M. Hernandez, 31, of Paisley.
Hernandez was transported to TVRH.
