Genevieve K. Burg, age 79, of Summerfield, FL, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 in Brandley Hospice. She was born August 31, 1936 in Philadelphia, Pa. to the late George H. and Florence Elizabeth Dorat Reynolds. She attended St Mark’s Catholic Church and was a member of The Stonecrest Ladies Nine Hole League and Emergency Response Team.
Surviving are her loving husband, Ronald J. Burg; daughter, Gwen Frederico; her granddaughter; Kayla Frederico; son, Wayne Burg and wife Cindy. Services will be held on January 27, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd. The Villages, Florida. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Marion County.
