Target date set for light to go ‘live’ at CR466A and Micro Racetrack Road

A target date has been set for traffic signal light to go “live” at County Road 466A and Micro Racetrack Road.

Crews continued working this week at the site of the new light near the Villages of Fruitland Park. For the time being, the light is blinking red for drivers on Micro Racetrack Road and it is blinking yellow for motorists on CR466A.

The target date for the signal light to go live is June 10, according to Lake County officials.

A crew was at work Tuesday afternoon on the new signal light at County Road 466A and MIcro Racetrack Road.

The expansion of CR466A to four lanes continues at a brisk pace. After the expansion is complete, CR466A will be four lanes from U.S. Hwy. 27/441 to U.S. 301.
