Adelaide McKee

Adelaide McKee, age 92, of Lady Lake, FL, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016. She was born in Camden, NJ on October 5, 1924. Adelaide retired from the CIA where she worked as a Finance Officer. She was a Presbyterian. During her life Adelaide was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star where she held the office of Traveling Matron. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Adelaide loved spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by a sister Marcy Hartman of W. Virginia; niece Christine Hill of South Carolina; and friend Evelyn Smith of Lady Lake, FL.

A celebration of Adelaide’s life will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd, The Villages, FL 32159 on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
