Pick a better time for road construction

To the Editor:

Construction is causing massive backups on U.S. Hwy. 441. I feel this work would be a lot safer for commuters and workers if it were done in the middle of the night. Good hours would be from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
With the holidays upon us, we do not need this work being done at this time.
