Driver transported to Ocala Regional Medical Center after vehicle flips near Mulberry Grove Plaza

A 52-year-old Lady Lake man was transported to Ocala Regional Medical Center after his vehicle flipped in an accident near Mulberry Grove Plaza.

Jeffrey S. Moore had been at the wheel of a white Chrysler PT Cruiser at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday when his vehicle collided with a white Lexus RX 350 driven by 49-year-old Lai T. Nguyen of Summerfield at the intersection of County Road 42 and SE 91st Court, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Moore was ticketed on a charge of careless driving.
