No room for Villagers at tree lighting at Brownwood

To the Editor:

No room at the inn at Brownwood for Villagers at Village Tree Lighting. Once the bleachers and limited floor space are maxed out there is no seating room for Villagers to participate in this special event. All the available space on the blocked-off streets was given to white tents NOT 55+ Villages who came to enjoy the tree lighting in “their” square. Please move Kris Kringle vendors to another night.
