Leslie F. ‘Mike’ Utsler

Leslie F. “Mike” Utsler, 70 of Fruitland Park, FL, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017. He was born on September 4, 1947 in Ft Dodge, Iowa to Clarence and Mary Utsler and they moved to Florida in 1959.

He enjoyed travelling to out of the way seafood restaurants around the state with his mother and sister, long distance messaging commentaries of the NASCAR races, mapping out routes for trips he planned to take, and spoiling his dog, Bart. He worked at Ross Plumbing in Leesburg.

He is survived by his daughters, Pamela McVey of Boonville, MO & Kathy Utsler of Seffner, FL; mother, Mary S. Utsler; granddaughter, Victoria Powell; sister, Kristy Utsler and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Constance Utsler; sister, Kathy Utsler and brothers, Dennis and Ron Utsler.

A casual memorial service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Beyers Funeral Home in Leesburg, FL
