Thomas Frenak

Thomas Frenak, 93, Leesburg, Florida, passed away on November 17, 2018 at The Villages Hospice House. Thomas was born on June 16, 1925 in Blakely, Pennsylvania to his parents John and Helen Frenak.

Thomas was a former Automobile Assembler in The Automobile Industry and had worked for Chrysler Motors for over 15 years. After leaving Chrysler he went to work for R.E.A. – Railroad Express up until he retired.

Thomas was a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Army in Germany and received the Purple Heart for wounds received in combat. He and his loving wife Shirley moved to Leesburg in 1987 from Royal Oak, Michigan. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the American Legion Post of Orlando, Florida.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years: Shirley Frenak of Leesburg, FL; 4 nieces and 1 nephew and many dear friends and neighbors.

Graveside Services will be held at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with Military Honors.
