Bart Joseph Meola

Bart Joseph Meola, 94 of The Villages, FL, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2015. He was born in New York, NY on August 21, 1921. He moved from River Edge, NJ in 1983 to Largo, FL and then to The Villages, FL in 2005. He was in the Army during WWII. He played guitar in local music groups. He is survived by his wife Ruth of 50 years. Daughters; Victoria Meola of Austin, TX, Laura (Gary) Bubb of Mt. Bethel, PA and 4 Grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Beyers Funeral Home Chapel, Lady Lake, FL. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In Lieu of Flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Villagers for Hospice, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162.
