Mark Alan Muldoon, 52, of 1404 Azteca Loop, had been arrested Oct. 24 by Lady Lake police on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespass after warning. A woman had complained to an officer that a man had been grabbing at women’s arms and asking them to dance. The officer spotted Muldoon at Margarita Republic with a Circle K Big Cup in his hand. When the officer approached Muldoon, he threw the cup in the garbage. The officer knew Muldoon had been trespassed from Margarita Republic and Spanish Springs Town Square.

Earlier this month, Muldoon was sentenced to 30 days in jail in connection with the incident.

He remains behind bars at the Lake County Jail as his bond has been revoked in connection with a previous case.

Muldoon was arrested earlier this year.
