Shirley Ann Maglocco, 77, of The Villages, FL, passed from this life Saturday, January 2, 2016. Born in Passaic, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Kvek) Zaumseil.

Shirley was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She devoted her life to her husband Daniel of 56 years, her children and especially her grandchildren.

She was a resident of Florida for many years residing in Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton before coming to The Villages in 2000. Shirley enjoyed playing golf and mahjong. She attended St. Mark the Evangelist Church in Summerfield.

Shirley leaves her husband, Daniel, daughter, Diane Bassett (Mark) of Nokomis, FL; sons, Kenneth D. Maglocco (Laurie) of Wellington, FL; Richard A. Maglocco (Sharon) of Delray Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Erin, Daniel, Edward, and Diana as well as a cousin, Pat Kelley of Sebring, FL.

Sadly, Shirley’s husband passed this past Monday, January 11th.

A Prayer Service will be held for both Shirley and Daniel on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 4 p.m. A visitation will precede the Prayer Service on Sunday from 2 – 4 p.m. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
