Medical assistant in The Villages sentenced in dispute with younger colleague

A 52-year-old medical assistant at a Villages medical clinic has been sentenced to six months probation in the wake of an altercation with a 21-year-old co-worker.

Nancy Michele Pietrowski, who began working in 1998 at Allergy Sinus Asthma Family Health Center in The Villages, entered a plea of no contest to a misdemeanor charge of battery on Wednesday in Lake County Court.

The altercation took place Jan. 20 at the clinic located at 309 La Grande Blvd. in The Villages.The women had a disagreement over the cleaning of mouth pieces. You can read more about the original incident HERE

In addition to six months probation, she was also ordered to complete an anger management course. She has also been ordered to pay $575 in court costs and a $50 prosecution fee. In addition, she has also been ordered to have no contact with the victim.
