Ronald K. “Ronnie” Priest, 74, The Villages, FL passed unexpectedly on Friday, January 2, 2015. He was born in Columbus, Ohio and came to The Villages in 1997 from Caldwell, Ohio. Mr. Priest graduated from Caldwell High School and attended The Ohio State University. Mr. Priest was a retired Safety Director for Central Ohio Coal Company and an employee of The Villages Golf Division working at Tierra Del Sol for 16 years and completing his career at Glenview Country Club. Mr. Priest was a Mason in Chandlersville, Ohio and was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake, FL. Survivors include his wife of 54 years: Barbara A. Priest, The Villages, FL; son Rob (Kelly) Priest, Centerville, OH; daughter Traci (Jim) Reisenberg, Augusta, GA; brother Roger Priest, Johnstown, OH; 5 grandchildren: James Reisenberg Jr., Emma Reisenberg, Amy, Reisenberg, Riley Priest and Jacquelin Priest. A Memorial Service for Mr. Ronald K. Priest will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home. Further services and interment will follow in Caldwell, Ohio.
