Lynne Ann Light (nee Fredrick) devoted wife of Trox Light 
Passed into the everlasting open arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 30, 2013 after a brief illness. She was born August 19, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio and was graduated from Lutheran West High School in 1961. She subsequently earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lakeland Community College and worked as a preschool teacher for 25 years.

She had retired to The Villages, FL from Greenville, SC just one year ago.
She was a faithful Christian witness who trusted in the love and sovereignty of God. She was a voracious reader of His Word and enjoyed Christian Women’s Studies in The Villages. She loved gardening, decorating her home, volunteering at Church, and took great delight in giving gifts. She made deep and lasting friendships wherever she went. She dearly loved her family and recently celebrated her 70th birthday on a vacation cruise with all of them around her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ethel Fredrick and grandson Jacob Light. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Trox of The Villages, and her children Dr. Victoria (Jeffrey) van Fossen of Akron, OH and son Scott Light (Sheryl) of Phoenixville, PA. She adored her 4 grandchildren, Georgia and William van Fossen and Bethany and Graham Light. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Kimble of Kent, OH and brother, Alan Fredrick (Patricia) of Richmond, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing and calling hours at 6 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM at Lady Lake Assembly of God, 41819 County Road 25 Weirsdale on Tuesday, September 3rd.
