Ruth Catherine Plisinski, 98, of The Villages, Florida passed away June 24, 2014 at The Villages Hospice House. She was born on February 6, 1916 in Cresson, Pennsylvania to Gilbert and Viola (Biller) Soisson. Ruth came to The Villages from King of Prussia, PA in 2002. She enjoyed quilting, playing cards, golf, cooking and baking. Ruth is survived by her two sons, Jerry Plisinski, Rosemont, PA; Gary Plisinski, King of Prussia, PA; Colleen (Ken) Long, The Villages , FL; Joan (Armand) Temoyan, The Villages, FL; brother, Robert Soisson, Cresson, PA; two sisters, Edna Martin and Doris Murray, both of North Carolina; thirteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Betty Blair and Mildred Lenhart. A Mass will be held in Pennsylvania at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, PO Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061-0515.
