Mae Minhinnette Hope

Mae Hope
Mae Hope

Mae (Minhinnette) Hope, on July 5, 2015 completed her earthly journey. She now walks hand in hand with Ralph, her husband of 71 years, down the gilded streets of heaven. There is no more sorrow, fear or pain for her. She can now enjoy a glorious reunion with those who previously passed through heavens gates, thanks to our salvation by our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Mae is preceded through the gates by her husband Ralph, parents and siblings. This wonderful lady, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother is survived on this earth by her family, who truly appreciate and love the person she was: David Hope and his wife Sandi, Grandsons Blaine Hope and Paul Hope and his wife Jeannine, three great grandchildren Ben Hope, Sabrina Hope and David Hope, all residing in Florida. She is also survived by a niece Fan Watson in North Carolina.
Mae was a writer and published poet and had written a book called “Signs of Love”. Special appreciation and thanks are sent to Lady Lake Specialty Care. Their caring and specialized services allowed the Hope family extended years with Mae. Mae will be interred beside the love of her life, Ralph, at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015, 11 a.m. at Page – Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Florida with Reverend Ken Harley officiating.
Visitation will be prior to the service from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association or to the charity of ones choice.
