A 46-year-old man arrested after an incident involving a handgun earlier this month on the Historic Side of The Villages, is facing a second charge of probation violation.

Robert J. Brisach of 1133 Rebecca Circle had been arrested Nov. 3 after he allegedly pointed a .32-caliber handgun at his girlfriend’s son and two others during the dispute. Brisach was arrested on three felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked at the Lake County Jail and later released after posting $6,000 bond.

On Nov. 9, he was arrested again by Lady Lake police, this time for violating his probation on a driving under the influence charge. He had been sentenced to probation on that DUI charge following his April 3 arrest in Leesburg.

On Monday a warrant charging him with a probation violation out of Pinellas County was served on Brisach at the Lake County Jail. He was also charged with DUI in that incident.

He continues to be held without bond at the Lake County Jail.

Brisach’s girlfriend, Kimberly Lynn Beach, 48, of  1131 Rebecca Circle, was arrested this past Friday, after she allegedly used a pink golf club to break out the window’s of her son’s home. She was reportedly unhappy that her son had landed her boyfriend behind bars.
