Continuing saga, poor service, higher bills from cable company

To the Editor:

Talked to many readers of Villages-news.com during golf today and interesting to hear their similar experience.
More problems with defragmentation on tv and Internet dropping out this evening guess it was prime time and many people using the limited supply/signal and this time when calling Comcast they cannot get anyone to come around till sometime next week !!! Fantastic service OR is it that they are so busy trying to sort out their system and resolve customers complaints that they are overloaded.
Talked to another agent and yes, they will come around sometime next week but there will probably be a charge !!!!! I’m already paying around $250 a month why would I want to pay more?
They are coming to sort out THEIR system and want to charge me for the pleasure… No way!
Ok guess I’ve got to accept I’m an unimportant little small fry customer who will continue paying a large monthly fee for poor intermittent service, after all I’m retired and on a limited budget.
If any Comcast employees are reading this please email this article onto your supervisors and/or bosses as I’m happy to take their call and hopefully resolve the bad customer service and Comcast supply.
They can find me in the Villages phone book
