Response to Marsha Shearer’s ‘What will it take? (Part ll)’

To the Editor:

I find it odd that you would use James Clapper as a source to denounce President Trump. Clapper, who appeared befuddled when asked simple questions that he should readily have been able to answer, given his position as Director of National Intelligence? (See http://www.thedailybeast.com/how-did-james-clapper-obamas-intel-chief-not-know-about-a-major-bomb-plot .) Clapper, who babbled at Congressional Hearings and redefined the title of National Intelligence Director, making it an oxymoron? He does nothing to support your point as he is no longer credible.

I voted for President Trump because the Democrats (Obama, Clinton, Reid, MSM, etc.) had America in a death spiral. Obamacare, Immigration, Foreign Policy, National Debt, and America’s Infrastructure were all headed in the wrong direction. President Trump has given people hope that all of that can be reversed and that America can truly be Great Again. And he is making progress on all fronts, while having to fight the MSM and Congressional Democrats who apparently want and need the death spiral to continue.
