Linda Forte Jones

Linda Fort Jones, age 79, a lifelong resident of Oxford, FL passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in Wildwood, FL. She was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dale Jones of Oxford, FL, two children, Ron Jones (son) and his wife, Timmie Jones residing in Banks, AL, and DJ Remington (daughter) and her husband, Jim Remington of Oxford, FL, 6 grandchildren, Kasey (and Amber) Nesselrotte, Cassidy Galarza, Carey (and Jonah) Wulff, Levi Jones, Dillon Remington and Cody Remington, 3 great grandchildren, Austin Spear, Aaliah Nesselrotte and Jedi Galarza, and a sister, Ila Jean Locke of Wildwood, FL.

A graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Wildwood, FL on Friday November 13, 2020 at 1:00pm. Services will be officiated by Pastor David Myers. In lieu of flowers please keep us in your prayers or make a donation to the charity of your choice.
