Villager snaps photo of popular alligator at Lake Sumter Landing

Villager Frank Cooke snapped a photo of a popular alligator at Lake Sumter Landing.

Cook was walking on the boardwalk on April 7 and spotted the 8-foot alligator.

“It swam by with its nose only about 3 feet below the feet of curious Villagers and their leashed pets,” Cooke said.
