Ronald Watson

Ronald Watson

Ron Watson, 68, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on 3/10/2019. He died unexpectedly from a single golf cart accident. He married the love of his life, Michelle Hazel, in 1978. Ron is survived by his wife, Michelle, father, Verle, brother, Doug, two sons, Scott (Laura) and Matt (Kelly), as well as grandchildren Kayla, Kelsey and Jack. Everyone knew Ron as the jokester of the group. He would always bring light to conversation and would make timely jokes that fit each moment so perfectly. His famous saying, “a wink’s as good as a nod to a blind horse” or his infamous one hand clapping were always fixtures in every day conversation. You knew if you couldn’t find dad, he’d be on the golf course, in the golf cart for a cruise with his dog, Booger, or fishing. The memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 14th, at 2 p.m. at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in Wildwood, Florida 3990 E FL-44 Ste 105, Wildwood, FL 34785.
