Contractor completes 100-foot patch on Morse Boulevard in The Villages

A contractor has completed a 100-foot patch on Morse Boulevard in The Villages, according to Sumter County officials.

A contractor put down this 100-foot patch in the southbound lane of Morse Boulevard.

The repair took place Monday morning in the southbound lane of Morse Boulevard south of the Bonita Boulevard roundabout. The county indicated it was “warranty” work.

Some lane closures were required during the repairs.
