Charles Allen Stowell, age 73, of The Villages, FL, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2015 under the care of The Villages Hospice House. He was the husband of Sandra Stowell for 13 years.
Born in Los Angeles, CA he was a son of the late Clarence and Ruby Stowell. Prior to his retirement he was a Special Agent with the Justice Department. Charles was a member of St. George Episcopal Church, The Villages. Charles was an avid golfer. He enjoyed his job as an Ambassador with the Havana Country Club.
Charles will be deeply missed by his wife, Sandra and son: Charles Stowell II and his wife, Beth of Virginia. Charles was proud of his 5 grandsons.
