April 29: SCORE Workshop – How to deal with difficult people

Do you have difficult employees, bosses, customers or suppliers?  Do you spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with these individuals? These strife laden relationships can impact your business bottom line and reflect on your business image. This SCORE workshop will provide you with proven methods to overcome such challenges.

You will learn why difficult people behave the way they do and develop strategies to overcome such challenges. The workshop includes a presentation, example practice exercises, and group discussion so that you will leave with concrete skills on how to deal with your most difficult relationships.

This workshop will benefit anyone who has customers, suppliers, or team members that work together and wants to increase the productivity of their business. Pre-registration is required and a fee of $10 is being charged to defray costs.
