Sumter County sheriff’s deputies were called at 10:44 p.m. Sunday to a home on Dundee Terrace after John Bynum Raynolds came home and started breaking dishes and dumping cabinet drawers on the floor. Deputies found the home in disarray and Raynolds in the garage, according to the arrest report. They found a pipe with the burnt residue of marijuana, which Raynolds admitted was his.

Raynolds, who had no prior arrest records, was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $2,000.
