Lofts at Brownwood residents to have full amenities

To the Editor:

I have read that the residents of the Lofts at Brownwood will have full access to The Villages amenities. There was no mention of whether or not these residents will be paying the amenity fee to The Villages that the rest of us residents pay. Will the residents of the Lofts of Brownwood be paying the same amenity fee that the other residents of The Villages pay?
