To the Editor:
If the cost is too high right now, why do it? The price of LED lights keeps coming down! Go out on competitive bids! You have to pay the utility bill, the taxes, the bond and impact fee! What about trying to see where the utilities such as SECO Energy can streamline their operations and reduce costs? Just asking!
