Progress at the Trailwinds Village continues at a rapid pace.
Last week, signs for the new development located on County Road 466A just north of Pinellas Plaza were erected. Read more about that HERE.
This week, stop lights were added along County Road 466A just outside of the development’s main entrances, just west of Buena Vista Boulevard and east of Pinellas Plaza. The stop lights are adjacent to turning lanes leading into the new development.
With the roads now complete, signage and stop lights erected, and utilities installed, passersby should expect the development’s hallmark retailers, Lowe’s home improvement center and Aldi grocery store, to begin building soon.
Earlier this week, Wildwood Special Magistrate Archie O. Lowry Jr. recommended the Wildwood Planning and Zoning Committee approve a site plan for Trailwinds Shoppe West, a single-story, 11,760-square-foot retail building to be built in the new development. Read more about that HERE.
